Are you accepting new clients and what part of Austin are you located in?

Yes! I am currently accepting both virtual and in-person clients, with limited in-person availability at this time. In person sessions are held in the Central Austin Area with easy highway access from different parts of town. I am available Monday-Thursday with morning, afternoon, and evening times available.


How do I get started and how long do I need to be in therapy?

You can get started by filling out the interest form on the “Services” tab on this website. In terms of how long You need to be in therapy, it depends on your needs and goals. I am happy to discuss this more with you in our phone consultation and along the way as we work together.


Do you take insurance?

Yes! I am currently accepting United Healthcare and Aetna. I am also able to provide a superbill for those working with other insurances I am not in network with.


Records Request and Compliance

In accordance with Texas law (House Bill 4224 and Section 181.105 of the Texas Health and Safety Code), the following information is provided to help consumers understand their rights and available resources.

- Keep your practice policy documents for contact information on requesting health care records; if you are an active patient, you can send a records request via email to christina@cloudtopcounseling.com

- If you need to contact the Texas Behavioral Health Council, use the Council's Contact Us webpage (https://bhec.texas.gov/contact-us/).

- To file a consumer complaint use the Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Protection webpage (https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection).
