About Me
You’re probably wondering, “who is this person I would be meeting with?”
I was born and raised here in the Austin, TX area. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with my Masters of Science in Social Work in 2021 (Hook ‘em horns!).
After graduation, I worked in the hospice field as a Social Worker, helping to support families through the life transitions associated with the death of terminally ill loved ones. In 2023, I made the transition into working with individuals in a psychotherapy setting and supporting folks through Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me at the stable, on the dance floor, and trying every sushi restaurant in Travis County (and neighboring counties if I’m being honest). I am an equestrian and spending lots of time at the stable with my horse and practicing for our next competition. The electronic music scene is very important to me, and has been an amazing way to connect with community and engage in playfulness– something we often let go of as adults. I also have recently found a passion for gardening (vegetables, flowers, fruit trees), though I must admit it’s hard here with this Texas heat! At my core I enjoy living and engaging with our world through finding joy, adventure, curiosity, and fun.
